    Why do call centres employ people who can't understand English :mad5:

    Just been on the phone for over 30 min's for the idiot not even understand what my problem is :rolleyes:

    this also annoys me ... if they are dealing with people in the uk they should at least im sorry to say it but be able to speak good english

    pisses me off to lol, if I wanted to talk to someone from pakistan I'd fly there.

    Someone messed up on my holiday booking giving us the car for only 10 days on a 12 day holiday :rolleyes: anyway it was working out at £18 a day the guy wanted a extra £54 for 2 day, i told him no surly it would be 2 x £18 = £36 he just kept repeating no it will be this plus this making it £54 :rolleyes: :mad: That's after having me on hold for over 20 min's for another simple query :nonod: :nonod:

    The one at the bank the other day was practically unintelligible!!
    Still, thats what happens when they put their call centres in Scotland!!:D

    Because its cheaper to out source.

    I get exacerbated too.

    if they employed someone over here it would cost about £250 a week on average..if they employ someone in bombay the daily cost is a bowl of rice and a piece of floor to sleep on

    I was on the phone to sky the other as I needed my bill explains, got someone from Pakistan. I was practically pulling my hair out! I was transferred to another department for something else and asked about my bill again and my query was answered in a minute! :mad:
