I've used this on all of mine and I'd say it's pretty good stuff. You can get it from the vet, you wouldn't need a prescription or at least I don't see the vet when picking some up.

It's the only over the counter wormer that deals with lung worm I believe

i use it on all 5 of mine and it's brilliant.

i was advised to try it when my dobie started getting scabs and itching all over. he had scrapes and nothing showed up but this stopped it almost straight away and within the first month back to normalish.

but i know all dogs react differently to things so if you try it just keep a watch for any reactions.

    xx

https://www.petcaremart.co.uk/Popular_Type.aspx?menuid=1&Pet=DOGS good site to get it from

I use this on my 3 :) I changed to using this because it treats Heartworm.

I get a prescription for mine and then buy online as it can be over £15 cheaper than buying from the vet.

My vet said it didn't, but I was always under the impression it did :)
I think she meant it wasn't a preventative only a treatment whereas Advocate works as a preventative

Panacur does treat/ prevent lungworm but only if you give it over 7 days and according to weight. The instructions are pretty comprehensive in the box.
I use the liquid & get it online, and use it alongside frontline.
