I just saw 4 baby kittens each is 1 day old....when we asked....turned out some guys took them from their mother right after birth because we found the placenta with them and we can tell it's a long time because the placenta was dry and three babies were stuck with it....the vet did the job well and now they are temporarily at my home because a friend of mine has a mother cat capable of nursing the babies...right now I've got their bottle...a syringe...no lactose milk because no kitten formula in my country at all....wet wipes and tissues to stimulate them to urinate.... anything left?

Oh my goodness, that’s just awful, poor little things. Huge tap on the back for taking them in.

I am not a breeder or know how to manage kittens. I will call a few of the breeders on this forum, who will be able to help you.

If you can get them to foster mother as soon as possible that will be the best - if she will accept them. Such young kittens need to be kept warm or they will not feed. You will need to feed them small amounts every hour to two hours. If you can get goat's milk it will be better for them than lactose free milk.
Do not lie them on their backs to feed them

nope I feed them like how their mother feed them....lie on thier tummies...heads a bit up....I used to take care of a baby kitten but not that young....and goats milk isn't available all the time....so the best alternative available is lactose free milk

What country are you in? Just wondering if someone can send you the right milk powder.

The OP is in the Middle East.

I am willing to send you anything you need for the kittens @skill iit, but how fast and reliable is the mail delivery from UK to your country, do you know?

Can you phone your vet and ask if they keep the Kitten Replacement Milk Formula for newborn kittens? It is a powder.

Could the vet not sell you some of the powdered Kitten Milk Formula?

nope but luckily I found someone close who can handle them better...the reason I can't take care of them is the lack of time due to collage studying

Wow what is wrong with people, the poor mum cat must be distraught I guess you weren't able to get her. Poor thing will likely be in a horrible cycle of this now.
Good that the kittens are safe but I always feel for the mums so much )-,:
