    Diss dog show.jpg

Diss Carnival takes place on Sunday 9th June and attracts around 7,000 people every year. Last year, we introduced a Fun Dog Show for the first time and it was a real hit so we’ve brought it back for a 2nd year running! We’ve attached a poster and have also shared it via social media pages so please feel free to pop onto Diss Carnival’s facebook page and share too!

Thank you for your support [IMG]

    That will be a miss.
You would have done well in the "making a wrong assumption" class.

If you aren't on the committee then you may want to reword your thread then ;)

The puppy farmer part would not be wrong. Isn't @StormyThai featured on said puppy farmer's website? :D :D

I was at one point...not sure anymore tbh
How dare I point out the conformation issues that arise from crossing incompatible breeds o_O

Conformation issue is the euphemism of the day, more like breeding deformed dogs :( What were they? Barshars?

Yeah, the whole thing makes me a little sick to my stomach.
The thing is, these breeders know what they're doing is wrong and damaging to dogs, but they also know how to put on that veneer of respectability to make them look like decent breeders.
I don't know what's worse, deliberately breeding deformed dogs, or the time/effort put in to hiding the reality so they can keep making money :(

    Yup. Utter train wrecks :(
I've met a couple over the years...both had to have their eyes tacked and one was PTS at an early age due to severe HD and ED :(
Breeding Beagles crossed with Shar pei is wrong on so many levels, hiding the reality just makes it unethical IMHO

But I digress...I'm sure the dog show will go well, I may even pop along to check things out ;)
