i found fleas last year but i wasnt sure what they was at first becaus ethey looked different to me and were red rather then black, even the vet said she wasnt sure, looked at them under a microscope, got a second opinion and then decided they were very small cat flees.

they didnt last long after we put the spot on treatment. bloody cats, but im not surprised bodger got on with some of the cats anyways, it was his own fault, socialising with the enemy

Just get some frontline from the vets and treat her yourself. No need to stress her out and take her to the vets just for a possible flea problem.

I wanted them to double check her recent broken nail too as it hasnt been growing, they gave me a packet of Advantage by Bayer (£15 for 4 tubes)

I thought frontline was harmful to rabbits?

fleas dont generally live on rabbits on 1st hand they just jump on and have a bite if there isnt any other animals around.
i was told frontline is very dangerous for rabbits and it can kill?

I think the flea i saw has come from Richard my neighbours very friendly cat I cant help but give him a squeeze so I have prob passed them on to Miffy. I thought so, I'm not even keen to use the stuff I was give on her but I will try it, and hope it kills the 1 bugger I saw
