I've a new housemate...it's been an eventful afternoon. A 9 week old GSD/Lab cross. For him, this is home number 3. That's a lot to be packed into such a short time He's been passed around like a packet of sweets...cuteness factor quickly outweighed by crying, barking, biting, peeing and pooing A lady I know has one of his littermates and she let me know that he was being moved on...AGAIN. One of the females will probably be getting moved on too . All the rest of the puppies seem to be living in a very short radius from one another. She loosely knows the "breeder" and has only seen the parent dogs in the park. She got to know about the puppies from a notice in her local shop. And I know...BYB but the wee fella is in need of a home, a steady home and I can't bear to think of him getting moved around any more. It's not his fault after all. Not the best way to go about bringing a puppy into your home, I am well aware...but bring him in I have. He is a lovely wee boy...I've called him Bailey. Needs fed up a bit and womed/flead etc. Is booked in for first jab tomorrow morning and will get a good check over while we're there. Very whiney...which is understandable in the circumstances. He's had some scrambled egg and a wee bit chicken and ate very happily. When I asked what he was eating, I was told "whatever you're having"...so will ease him onto my food of choice. So...here's Bailey!
