2 dogs for the price of one - 6 weeks or so after his last groom, gorgeous long and shaggy, and sleek and stylish after a pro groom. Floof rules! (although I do love a sleek shiny smooth coat, a cuddle with my floof Dan is more appealing.
Honey was due to go in for a groom today, but groomers had to cancel thanks to Covid and lockdown. . She's booked in for the day lockdown is eased, and the groomer said she'll phone me if the government do a U turn and decide groomers are necessary after all.
So, if you're in the UK, it might be worth contacting your groomer and seeing if they're still operating.
My mum had to give Dottie's bum a shave every so often as she gets poo stuck sometimes (not nice when she's next to you on the sofa then a sudden smell!) it only takes seconds and is easy enough to do. Although she did used to be a dog groomer so I just let her do it rather than try myself especially as Dottie acts as if we are performing major surgery!
I had a very floofy white cat who didn't travel well, I'll say no more (I'm sure you can imagine) other than the end result was an angry cat and me covered in floof, poop and blood (mine not the cats ).
Luna is a floof ball! We sweep and hoover constantly but wouldn't change her for the world. I love grooming her and stroking her fluffy chest. My favourite thing is how the fur around her ears goes crinkly after a bath like she has been given an 80s crimper style!!x
I love Apollo's floof. He has super smooth and silky fur. I say he has a teflon coat because nothing sticks to him :Hilarious (yes my daughter is opening her birthday presents in the background)
