Got vet tomorrow so find out anyway but desperate to have more of an idea as I'm panicking. My cat ran away for 3 days about 5 weeks ago. When I got her back no place would neuter her in case she was pregnant. She's put on weight and this is the change in her nipples.
Bottom right= 3 weeks ago
Bottom left= last week
Top one= today
Any advice appreciated

I didn't take her straight away as I was just glad she was home, sounds ridiculous but it just didn't even pop in to my head until maybe a week or so after she was home.
A week of so after she returned home would still have been ok to spay.
It has happened now, you are going to have kittens, so you need to ensure a safe delivery.
If this is your first time, i would watch some online video's, so you know what to expect.
If you have any questions, do post and ask.
Smudge, happy to help your cat have a safe delivery, but please use this thread and not open other ones.
It is very important, with 3 other accidental litters being born, for me to keep track of which is which.
Yes it is. I have added myself to a cat website and put a post on there save the confusion of using this post for everyone. So thank you for your help but you can remove this post too.
Smudge, can you just confirm before you go, that you do not require any help from the forum with your pregnant cat.
Then we can concentrate on helping other's.
I'm really confused why this post is still being commented on. I have joined a different site and added a similar post to get advice off people there as my post I put on here was deleted. Yes I have looked at how to delete my account as I'm using a different site but still receive emails for this site unless deleted
Ok, Hope you receive good advise from elsewhere.
Have a safe delivery.
I will now move onto people who need help.
Goodbye.
