I need to ask folks, how do you stir your tea and coffee?
I stir mine in a clock-work direction, at a medium speed, and sometimes clink the sides of the mug in doing so. This method works just fine in blending my coffee / milk / sugar etc.
My very irritating work colleague does hers like she is beating an egg!! Bangs the spoon off the sides of her mug really loudly and very fast.
IT ANNOYS THE CR@P OUT OF ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cursing:
Petty I know but I just HAD to get that off my chest.........
:lol: swap ya - we have work colleague sounds like a full team of road workers with pneumatic drills whatever she's doing, stomps about like a sumo wrestler, rabbits away constantly very loudly and sounds like a donkey when she laughs I could punch her but I am her boss and I was the idiot who set her on
I had to go and make myself a brew just now so I could answer this thread with accuracy. I stir clockwise, then anti clockwise, then seem to scrap the spoon around the bottom of the mug to make sure no sugar is sat there
I do not stir because I only drink Tea and drink that black without sugar so I do a gentle squidge of the teabag against the side of the cup and then remove, so in summary I am a silent tea maker/stirrer
I don't stir coffee or tea, as I put in the milk first and add the coffee, no sugar added, so no need to stir.
If I use instant coffee or powdered soup or broth, I sitr gently, anti-clockwise, while adding the hot water, without clanging against the cup, but gently scraping any powder that may be attached to the cup away, before resuming stirring.
I will tick the spoon agianst the rim of the cup when finished, though....
hmmm,
Before i put the milk in im a 'poker' i prod and poke the tea bag, then once iv put the milk in im a clockwise stirrer, medium speed...dont hit the side of the cup cause the noise grates on me :001_tongue: and then squidge the tea bag on the side before taking it out
Damn!!! All sold out. Someone was nearly getting a late Chrimbo pressie.....
