They could just vaccinate them Valanita, studies have shown that if enough are vaccinated they could achieve herd immunity in the badger population within 5yrs > Featured news - Vaccination reduces the risk of unvaccinated badger cubs testing TB positive - University of Exeter Wildlife groups & volunteers have offered to help, this would bring the costs down, it would be far cheaper than the cull...not to mention humane...Take a look at this letter by Dr Chris Cheeseman > https://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=663164653693991

It is terrible...its absolutely criminal, they have literally legalised wildlife crime, its unforgivable, poor innocent badgers. Theres word going round now that the cull is failing, shooters are not hitting the target number of badgers they have to shoot...and Paterson is now looking at GASSING them! gassing was banned because its so inhumane! I'm horrified if this turns out to be true.

This is whats so heartbreaking, the scientists have said is they did kill every badger in UK at least 84% of the disease would still be here..because its endemic in the cattle herds. Added to that theres a workable vaccine available now for the badgers..its just legalised wildlife crime! Ive never been so disgusted or upset with a British Government. Youre most welcome for the rep by the way :)
