Hi, where is the best place to buy some scooter stuff for a dog and rider in training please?
    2. rocco33
I know - I'm actually 50/50 and it could go either way. I've come across a few like the OP in real life so I know they exist. :(

dispup - I'm getting the impression this is a wind up with someone just killing time.

      Hi SLB

I was very interested in what you said about raw feeding on a post of mine concerning Hetty. After the 14th would it be OK if I PM you and ask you some questions about the whole prcoess? I have started reading the threads you suggested but it is quite overwhelming and I would be a complete novice in the kitchen. Not just for dogs but in any situation. Would just like a starting point for a week 1 attempt of what to buy, where to buy it, how to prepare it, how to store it and how to serve it. You seem v.knowlegable so would apperciate any help if I start to struggle. As I say it will not be until after the 14th

I started off with a blue puppy lead and collar set from pets at home, that was when I got him then for christmas 2012 I asked for a long line. And got a retractable lead, then mum got another retractable lead which I don't use unless I'm in the garden. Then I got a lovely purple nylon lead, that one had a disaster with the velcro on his old coat. It sort of caught the velcro and the lead frayed then at dog training that night mum thought the lead would be ok but no it was just getting worse. We got a rubbish cheap lead that is hard to hold then I got a decent leather lead thats still going strong and also got 50 meters of longline and a slip lead but thats for walking the dogs home dogs.

I'll be looking at ID first then tillymint. You should see my lead collection.

Ok thanks, you are probably right, I rather suspect the contributor doesn't really have a similar level of life commitment to balance to be honest. So I'll take it with a pinch of salt :) I am bringing Murray into work with me this afternoon, to see how he gets on ! Wish me luck, I'll probably have to hide the office biscuits mind

Hiya, thanks for the msg, doing everything we can to make it work. My wife re-negotiated her working hours and now finishes early at 3pm and makes up her hours late at home after the dogs settled & I am home. My work is near my home so enables me to get a full hour at lunchtime with him, so his life is pretty good, but I want whats best for him, which was the original reason for the post. I love my dog & I love dog ownership & this is why I registered and participated in the forum, to gain more knowledge and learn. I am not inflammatory, if I wanted to start arguments there's loads better places than a pet owners forum. But when subjected to insinuations that I am unworthy, then I will respond appropriately, luckily the balance of common sense was in my favour and the person making the comments was swiftly rebutted. But for this I had my response removed, and the thread closed with an abruptly. Thanks everyone who responded for their advice. But I'll bow out of the forum I think

Hi SLB :) I've been speaking to SixStar and it was mentioned that you have a really good raw feed guide? .. I'm wondering if i could possibly have a copy, if you could email it over that would be fab? I'm sorry to read about Benjie :( I hope he's feeling better soon and it turns out to be nothing too serious.. fingers crossed for you. Jenny
