letting his young-entire male romp with a severely sliced pad
off-leash is just one more instance of irresponsibility -
dogs in pain are crankier than their usual selves, & despite his so-far few nasty
encounters with other dogs, Akitas are notorious for dog-aggro, the males for
male:male aggro, & here HE is, letting his sore-footed male dog romp...

despite the vet's Rx for 'short walks', which IME always means On Leash.

apparently HIS life is golden; nothing bad can happen, no matter how loosely
he manages his dogs, there is a fairy-dogmother warding them, nite & day.
Must be nice! :D

only HE can get away with this, plus HIS dog is orthopedically perfect
despite his odd gaits, & HIS vet has x-ray vision & can see that his dog's
hips & knees are perfect w/o radiographs.

Young men are all immortal, & their appurtenances are always beyond
any doubt, perfect; question their dog's [wobbly] pedigree & U insult
their own, & to think that their dog might NOT be worth breeding is a
vicious slander. :rolleyes:

my 1st-impression was a well-meaning but ignorant novice dog-owner.

sadly, i've concluded he's a pot-stirrer who thinks, unlike anyone
else, HE can play rough & encourage mouthing in 2 breeds with reps
for forceful bites [Akitas even more than AmBulls: they're not stranger-
tolerant & won't allow liberties - well-known as WILLING to bite w/o
a lotta provocation, unless intensely & extensively socialized],
HE can keep an entire-M & supposedly too-frail-for-spay estrous bitch
together & there can't possibly be any bad outcome:
a snap by Sam when someone interferes as he courts Lucky,
a bite from Lucky if Sam misjudges his virgin-male timing & tries to
hump her before she's in standing heat, a pregnancy cuz his 'family
members' didn't pay attention for 45-seconds & the dogs tied...
