I'm so sorry to hear of your problems with your nerves. I know what you mean, at the wrong time something that may seem small to someone can just be catastrophic to you at that moment. That's why some of the people being harsh about get over it on that thread who I know have suffered with such things really got my goat!

I know, I think the two younger members have showed a greater maturity in this. I know some will be peed with my opinions, however as a neutral it's plain to see there is a bit of a divide and the unfairness to some.

i think dance/drama and those groups bring out the worst in some. I was lucky to be good at it, so I would be called in to groups, however I used to make other groups and always ask my teacher to dance with all of the students. The kids in these places can be real B's!!

Thank you, I so agree it's just like a playground thing, oh we're not excluding you, it's just a three person game!! Growing up in the dance world it was very much like this and if I was ever on an 'elite' side I would choose to leave and do my own thing.
Like you I am too old for it (we are the exact same age!) but I cannot believe the fact that there are people in the thread much older going in for this and telling people not to feel excluded.
Plus they said they had it set up on facebook from last year, so there really was no need for a thread to make people feel left out. I tell you last year it got my back up, but this year announcing the same list as last year and no more entries, well...

I don't like it, like you said people can be upset about it and just maybe they are suffering from depression or something. This sort of thing makes it all the better huh? :rolleyes:

I think you are doing a great job in making the others feel welcome in your SS and the thread looks like you are having tonnes of fun and that's what's going to count in this. It's funny I think your thread shows what's good about this place and the other the worst side of it!

If I am honest I saw this last year and disagreed with it. I disliked that they seem to have divided themselves into the forum 'elite' if you will. That's when I lost most interest in this place and seem to just look on the crafting thread now!

I hate any segregation and then I also really hate the whole 'your not excluded' bit the people who are already in come out with.
This is all from someone who doesn't have any desire to be in a SS too!

Notice how there is not one person allowed to be added, however those with new dogs are allowed those as an entry now! Bit strange really, if the number of DOGS was perfect!

Wow, rant over, those sort of things really get my back up!
