Sounds difficult but I guess you are trying out all the advice on the forum including feliway etc.(?) Sounds like Stewie needs a bit of 'alone' time from Artie, so maybe crate-style meetings (Artie in crate whilst Stewie explores sitting room) might help? I am sure they will get along eventually but you're going to need a whole lot of patience!! lol x

Thanks for the message on Sweetie's photo. You are the first person to tell me that you 'get' her name (hubby thought it was a stupid name and prefers to call her catty-**** :/). You are so lucky to have two lovely kitties - Moggies Rule! :) xx

If they are on your homepage, you might need to customise your settings to allow friends only (or everybody) to see them. There are no albumns showing at the mo x

Can't find the photos - I thought they'd be here in an albumn on your homepage?

Fell in love with the pic of your beautiful kitty! Reminds me of my Sweetie. Oh and yes - ditch the litter liner! I use the catsan all-in-one rolls although she mainly goes outside now. Any chance of more piccies of your girlie? x

We live on a farm in the Fens near Kings Lynn. I wanted a cat for a long time but my OH wasn't sure so I was making do with a stroke of my neighbours cats. In December my neighbour moved house, but for a few weeks she was living at her new place but did not have it ready for her cats so she left them at the old place. Someone came every day to give them food and water, but they didn't get the attention they craved. Consequently they came looking for it round ours. It was so lovely to have them come in and curl up on the sofa. When their owner came and took them to the new place, I found a hole in my world and I became a little depressed. There was a stray/semi feral cat that my neighbour had been feeding, and she asked me to feed him when she moved. I did of course, but he didn't seem interested in adopting us, and didn't want to be stroked. This also added to my sadness. I think this was the turning point for OH. He made enquiries at a local rescue centre. When we told them

    Beading, retro cars, my cats!
