It's a bit late I know but I'm just dropping by to thank you for the 'Rep' Re: Money Saving Tips''.

There's a few of us out here but we seem to be spread around the planet in limited numbers. Thank heavens for such technological wonders as the internet.

Provided with the means to make contact with each other we no longer feel so isolated in the world.

Incidentally, I bought my Donkey from a man who was afraid of Windmills and despite many of them being decommissioned and falling into complete ruin I still can't ride the bloody thing passed a wind turbine.

I think so too. That's why I stopped replying to DR's posts. When someone resorts to personal attack and deliberate twist to fuel their position it's not worth my energy, lol.

My thanks to you, too, for the rep and support! xx

Oh, dear! Haven't looked at the thread for a little while. I might have a peep.

The thing is, I can see where they are coming from - they want to see responsible breeding (don't we all?!), BUT, there are plenty of registered breeders who are prepared to breed from dodgy dogs with massive health problems as long as they are winning shows and pulling in cash!

The woman who used to live at the back of us bred labradors. She did very well at Crufts etc, and got £1,000+ for her puppies. She hip tested and eye tested - BUT she had a particular bitch which ALWAYS had two or three cleft palate puppies in a litter. As labs tend to big litters, she considered it worth losing a couple in order to get a lot of 'decent' pups

Really, what I'm saying is, every puppy is a gamble, and just because a person is a registered breeder it doesn't mean they are squeaky clean. I think if I were you I'd stop looking at the thread, and just look forward to your baby.
