I'm in my thirties and absoltely love dogs. I have always loved them since I was a toddler when I became best friends with my neighbours GSD. However, having 2 asthmatic older brothers, it was only when I met my husband I was able to get my first dog. Her name was Honey and she was a beautiful CKCS.
We bought her when I was 23 and then a few months later got her a big brother when we bought our Border Collie, Rex! We had them for over 10 years which was filled with so much enjoyment. Unfortunately in 2008, Honey was diagnosed with a tumour in her bladder. She passed away in 2009. 3 months later we had a shock when our Border collie had many fits in one day. The vet suspected a brain tumour and he also passed away.
Since then we have got 2 new babies. Our new CKCS - Lilly and her baby sister Bella who is a cockapoo!
I miss my Honey & Rex sooo much but my heart is filled with joy whenever I look at Lilly & Bella!
Sewing, quilting and bear making.
All things doggy.
Music & Reading.
