can you help

hi we have just got two red foot tortoises from a friend today we was told they are 3 years old i have don a lot of reading about them but still a little nervous i was told to feed them ones a day but there are not eating could it be there need to settle in ?

It do's take time for them to settle. As long as the housing and temps are ok and the food is right then it should be ok. I spray my reds at feeding time and that seems to get them eating but mine took mths to settle in when i got them

thanks (leggy) there are tettleing in nicely there are so much fun we are feeding them toms /sweet corn/ cabbage /graps /stawberries /dandilons cutlefish/ and vitamins there love a run in the living room been out side and had a run when we had a hot day there loved it .we called them Juptier and Pluto

that happened to my turtle too. my turtle started fit into the tank i had but it never ate much. i threw turtle pellets on the water it would smell them and walk away. soon enough i got my hopes up and she started eating like a greyhound cool:Drolleyes:

hi have not been on here for sume time there are doing just fine there love to go out in the garden when it is sunny and there do also love there food thanks for asking
