can you help
hi we have just got two red foot tortoises from a friend today we was told they are 3 years old i have don a lot of reading about them but still a little nervous i was told to feed them ones a day but there are not eating could it be there need to settle in ?

It do's take time for them to settle. As long as the housing and temps are ok and the food is right then it should be ok. I spray my reds at feeding time and that seems to get them eating but mine took mths to settle in when i got them

there are tettleing in nicely there are so much fun we are feeding them toms /sweet corn/ cabbage /graps /stawberries /dandilons cutlefish/ and vitamins there love a run in the living room been out side and had a run when we had a hot day there loved it .we called them Juptier and Pluto![]() |

that happened to my turtle too. my turtle started fit into the tank i had but it never ate much. i threw turtle pellets on the water it would smell them and walk away. soon enough i got my hopes up and she started eating like a greyhound
