Our tortoise is about 5 years old.
He is a spur thigh, i personally dont know a huge amount about them he is my mothers, but she is also a novice.

He used to spend a lot of time walking around the edge of his enclosure or garden.
But these days you wake him and move him hell will just warm up and go straight back in to his house, or if he is in the garden he will hide in his bush.

He hasn't ate much either, i no in winter they do lose weight ad they can go a period of time with out food etc.
But it is out of character he also does not have a runny nose or eyes so we are unsure.

Can you give any suggestions to what could be wrong ?

How does he normally live, in a viv, tort table or always outside? What is the temp under his basking light? And if he is in more than out does he have UV, and do you change it?

You are really going to give full details about how he is normally kept, what he eats and whether he is normally hibernated or not.... And does he have regular baths?
