Mad Tortoise!

Hi All

We have had Fred for over 15 years, no idea how old he is or what breed of tortoise.

But he gets very territorial in the garden! If someone is sat in a deck chair he circles them then headbutts their feet! He also chases the three cats we have, needless to say he has never caught one! Does anyone elses tortoise do this kind of thing?!

Thanks

Re: Mad Tortoise!

Hi my boyfriend has 20 tortoises and I must say I have never seen them do anything like that! How funny!!!! Although he has only had them for about 4 years.

As long as he isn't doing himself or anyone/anything else any harm I think that its a really funny story to tell! lol

Perhaps posting a video of this on youtube is in order

Re: Mad Tortoise!

Never thought of that! It is very funny, he really goes fast and gets a right stompy going when he chases the cats....one to do when he wakes up from hibernation methinks!
