Red face New turtle care need help/advice

I have a painted turtle I have no idea how old she is I found her in the parking lot at work which is in the middle of a busy city so I adopted her. I have her in a 75 gallon tank with filtration, heater, basking light and a dock. I feed her a pellet mix which also has dried insects in it and I also feed her fresh fruits and veggies.
A couple things I have questions about her shell seems flaky I know turtles shed but she stopped loosing the big pieces a while ago and it still seems to be going on. It almost looks like when a human has a sunburn. I used the calcium supplements in the water but it didn't seem to help. What can I do should I be concerned?
Her shell is cracked in several places on the bottom (I found her like this) is this any concern?
I would also appreciate any other tips and advice you can give, thanks in advance!
