hey rugby if your looking for a tortise you might want to go to the nearest pet shop and check out the tortises there but if you think they are to expensive you can rehome a tortise for 3

If your dad wants an indoor pet then I would say no to a tort, whilst they can be inside short term they need plenty of space as in the wild they walk miles everyday. So they need to be kept outside with heat and UV.... Apart from when hibernating of course!
