just a little help and advise on new setup :-)

hi everyone after much thought and some research i have decided to get into keeping turtles
i am a stay at home mum and have a lot of time to spare.
i currentley own a 200litre marine tank which is hard work to keep but i love it so i am prepared for the work of keeping turtles.
well i have been looking at all the diffrent species and have decided that i would like 2 musk turtles mainly due to there size to be honest.

i have researched into what i need and before i start to buy it all next week i just wanted to state my to buy list and make sure 100% that it is correct.

i will be getting a 20 gallon tank and upgrade down the line.

fluval u2 underwater filter

glass thermometer

100watt heater

large rocks/ some with holes

some pebbles

some pondweed such as Elodea etc

exo terra glow light halogen clamp lamp & reflector

clamp on basking light 60w

exo terra repti glo 10.0 compact desert lamp t10-13w

medium size basking dock

king british turtle and terrapin complete pellet food

tub of dried meal worms

box of dead crickets

api freshwater liquid water test kit

tetrasafe water conditioner

water syphon


have i missed anything out???

Hello, i would defiantly recommend getting the biggest external filter you can afford when you do upgrade to a larger tank, they are very messy! Also make sure the tank is well ventilated as humidity can lead to respiratory problems. Please show photo's pf your set-up when its complete.
