Boarding dogs can be tiring and requires quite a bit of work (if done properly!)
But one of the hardest parts is saying goodbye to the characters who have become part of your home. I am always professional when the owner is reunited with their pet. But it can be heartbreaking when their bed and bowl have gone!
    Does anyone suffer?!

I know what you mean - some dogs more than others just slot in seamlessly and worm their way into your affections. we also miss them when they go. Luckily most of our clients come back regularly so we get to see them again and again. On the other hand there are also some dogs that I breathe a silent sigh of relief when they go home!!! :)
