20170513_092537.jpg The area is still a working progress and we are thinking of obv boxing off around the grass. But wondered if the box , rose and thorn needs to come down? Not sure what our tree is either as just recently moved in. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Many thanks.

Box is toxic, rose is OK, but bunnies will eat it so you might want to consider putting something round it to prevent them doing that!

What do you mean by 'thorn'- hawthorn, or some other sort of thorn?

Hawthorn is fine, blackthorn is part of the prunus family so should be viewed with caution due to the cyanide content.

    Blackthorn is toxic to rabbits.

Pyracantha is toxic for the same reasons as blackthorn.

I can't ID the tree, I have an idea what it might be, but can't remember the name!
