I have a spider's nest in my kitchen, at the top of the wall where the wall meets the ceiling. I have no idea what kind of spider has laid her eggs there, but they are in all snuggly wrapped up in the thread she's made to keep them safe. Mummy spider has stayed with them the whole time. The thing is, they're beginning to hatch, and as much as I like spiders, A) I don't really want a ton of tiny spiders running around the kitchen and B) there can't be much for the babies to eat in the house, or Mum for that matter.
Is it ok for me to move this spider? Where should I move her and her babies to? and how can I make sure they are safe when I'm moving them, I don't want to inadvertently squish any!! ![]() Thank you Cathy x
