Talking new to this site

hiya.
i am new & i had no idea there was a reptile/invertebrates section to this.
i have a major fascination with Tarantulas & i have a red Chilean rose i call her Velvetina.shes nearly ready to moult but hasnt started yet. Velvey doesnt like to do what is expected of her,she climbs the walls of her tank like a arboreal even though shes a terrestrial tarantula.she hates her heatmat on & will stand on her tiptoes on top of her log she doesnt like you being in her tank & has to fed with long pliers.
my first tarantula was charlotte she was a south american pinktoe & she was beautiful.i miss her so much she was so placid & would love a stroke (the opposite of velvey LOL)
we have other pets too.
