Re: help anyone

You need to take that sponge out as all it's doing is breeding bacteria.

Can't tell you if you're doing anything else wrong unless I can see a full tank pic and know what temp and humidity it's kept at.

Re: help anyone

Doesn't surprise me in the least mate. Not many pet shops will give you good advice.

Re: help anyone

I have a Rosie plus other types for starters take the sponge out as it causes problems.

What your best off doing like i do is fill water bowl and top it up with pebbles not to big tho about 2-3 will do as it better for spider and crix.

As for feeding going off food it's normal my rosie stopped eating for over 6 months.

Other reason why some go off food is moulting or mites if none of these then it's just being fussy lol.

From your pic the setup is ok only the sponge.

I would have her if had the money and were local.

Re: help anyone

You can post spiders via Royal Mail but you need to send them Special delivery next day before 1pm. It won't cost much really... what size is she and how much would you want for her?
