If your snake is ready to shed then this could be a cause, as it shown any signs of shedding, skin going dull, eyes going a grayish blue colour.
Try braining the mouse, this involves making a hole in the skull so that the brains are revealed, this might get your snake excited and wanting to eat. You could also try the following:-
Warm the mouse slightly so that it is about the same temperature as your body (should feel warm in your hands). Use a hair dryer to warm the head and try offering it this. Place your mouse into a plastic bag and place this into a jug/bowl of warm water. Do not be tempted to warm up a mouse in the microwave as this could leave the mouse warm on the outside but very hot in the middle (mice also have a nasty habit of exploding in the microwave).
Leave the mouse inside it's Viv over night, I usually put a mouse in with my corn on a night time and leave it till the following day when I get home from work at about PM, but don't leave it in there any longer than 24 hours as the mouse will start to decompose and smell.
2 weeks isn't a very long time, keep trying to feed it on a weekly basis and try and keep a record of it's weight (I weigh Sid in her hide and then deduct the weight of the hide from the total to get her weight).
I've known my Corn to go 6+ weeks without feeding.
P.S. Here is a link to a microsoft Excel sheet that I print out and use to keep a record of Sids feeding, weight and Sheds.
