It depends on the gender, we don't know if its a boy or girl yet but about 6 ft ish

well Jeff is about 3 years old and is 5 ft. and i'm not sure how to sex a snake something about the length of tail after where they poop

Sexing snakes is a pretty tricky business but you could try feeling for a 'bump' where the tail starts, next to the vent! Let the snake slither over your hand, if you feel a bulge you can be fairly confident it's a boy! If it's smooth then it's probably a girl!

Let us know what you find out!
