Re: dont under estimate....

the first one was painfull but he did hang on for about 20 mins and running under water just made him start to chew. The second was just a strike and didnt hurt.Havent been bitten by any big snake (yet) but can imagine its nasty.Certainly makes me have much more respect for snakes and i wont let even a small one near my face now.

That is awfull!

A "friend of a friend" had a large python, left it free to roam in her house.. she woke up a couple of times and the snake would be on her bed stretched out along side her. It had stopped eating also and when she took it to the vet he said it was "sizing her up" to eat her!!!!! eek:eek:

Re: dont under estimate....

I used to own a snake and my brother has one now, both were/are very friendly as they have been handled a lot, that snake couldnt have been given mutch time or interaction with people to do that, shame really, just read the other thread, didnt rrealise he was a wild caught snake, it explains a lot
