jerking

i just put my corn snakes together for 5 mins and they where jerking all over both of them all over the tank are they both male or are they goin to mate

It's just territorial behaviour. Pretty much happens all the time when you introduced another companion into a vivarium. Sooner or later they'll work out who's in charge and settle down. Normally they nudge and twitch each other for a while before giving up and settling in.

It's hard to say without seeing them, and even then you need to probe them for certainty. Without probing the only way your going to know is if you see them mating or in a months time the female produces eggs. If in about 3 weeks you notice one of them gaining weight and it's underside bulging and rounded. Put a laying box inside the viv and take the male out.
