I have for sale the popular cage by Savic the "Cambridge". This is an excellent starter cage as it is larger than most "starter cages" and can easily accommodate an 8" wheel. It has 2 removeable platforms so make the cage what you wish depending on your hamsters needs.

I have 4 hamsters all who live in cambridges and am only selling this to make some space and hopefully give a new hammy a spacious home (and avoid temptation to get any more!)

It measures 62 X 36 X 43cm.

One of the shelves has some slight nibble marks but can be sanded down easily. Apart from that the cage is in great condition.

The cage comes with two shelves & 2 ladders (not the toys shown as my hammies are still enjoying them!).

It is suitable for syrians and dwarfs.

Are the bar spacings suitable for mice or would they be able to escape?

The bar spacings on the cambridge cage are fine for a fully grown mousey my 2 girls lived in one fine for afew months x

Not sure about mice- i would say (like dwarfs) if you have a slimmer mouse then perhaps the spacing may not be suitable, the domed bit may present a squeazing oppourtunity?

However if others have kept mice in the cambridge then ok i guess but i personally have no experience of mice- just hammies and ratties
