Re: does anyone breed Pedigree syrian hamsters?
I used to - where are you located?
Best thing is to try emailing any of the hamster clubs About the British Hamster Association Home - National Hamster Council who will give you details of breeders - perhaps even shows - in your area.

Re: does anyone breed Pedigree syrian hamsters?
Yes.
Depending where you are and what you're looking for... As already mentioned it may be a good idea to contact the relevant club sec. to your area (Northern / Midland /Southern) and ask for details of breeders nearby ? NORTHERN: now has a list up here : List of Hamster Breeders in the northern area MIDLAND: Try contacting via webmaster@midlandhamsterclub.co.uk (or feel free to give me a shout if I can help) SOUTHERN: contact details at bottom here: Southern Hamster Club Why a registered breeder ? Basically a member of a NHC (National Hamster Council) affiliated club agrees to abide by certain 'codes of practice' as laid down in the NHC handbook relating to the care, keeping and breeding of hamsters. If ever in doubt here is an (at the moment up-to-date) Current list of Prefixes - Breeders registered with the NHC - can be found here... Prefix - National Hamster Council Hope that helps some. ![]() |
