how common are

phantom pregnancies in syrian hamsters?

bred snowflake with jack on 17th april and shes showing signs on pregnancy, her teats are showing, her nest is massive, it looks like shes trying to bite her teeth down and shes gone from about 145g to 161g

phanthom pregnancies arent as common in syrians as others, ive never had a phantom in my females, but saying that it can always happen, i heard they can atually reabsorb the babies aswel if they mum become too stressed ect..

how old is the female ??

2x rosella parekeets
4x syrian hamsters (baby, mocha (wiggy), peaches and daisey),
2x winter white dwarfs (sunshine and harry),
1x female leaf insects (doesn't have a names),
1x female corn snake (awaiting eggs),
