For your rats to learn their names, my boys are around 9/10 weeks old now and I have had them since they were about 5 weeks old. Fidget, Remy, and Edd all know their names and will come when called but Monty and Rommel are still learning theirs.

My two eldest boys were already 6 months when we got them and we changed their name and they didn't get much attention before so now the only noise they respond to is the rattlying of their yoggy drop box. Billy doesn't know his yet bless him, I'm hoping that saying it while giving him treats will reinforce it.

I had attempted teaching them their names, and I thought I was doing quite well, but now both of them think that their names are Banana Haha, one is suppost to be named Marilyn

Mine don't know their names as I hardly use them around them. I think they probably know hello, as that's near enough all i say to them.

all mine know there names they come when i call them.they all star fish at the bars except my older 17 month ones who are too fat and idle.

when out free ranging they follow me everywhere like little dogs.
