Mouse Help Pleaseeee!!!

I currently have a group of 4 mice in a Freddy 2 and have found the 2 other mice I would like to add to my group. One is a 6-8 month female, who is much bigger than the others I have. She was bred to show standard and she was going to be bred from until the breeder decided she didn't fit the lines he wanted or something. So she is now in a pet shop. She is absolutely beautiful and very very friendly. She has already been bonded with an 8 month old show standard mouse, however when I held her, she bit me twice. I don't want to separate them but I don't want the younger one attacking my other mice.

Also, I have reserved a 6-8week old white mouse, from the same breeder as my other mice, who is very very friendly.

So....do I

A) Get the white 8 week old mouse and introduce her to the older 8 month old mouse and then introduce them all to the other 4?

B) Just get the 8 month old and the one she is already bonded with who bit me?

C) Get the 8 month old and the 8 week old I have reserved and just introduce them and my 4 all at the same time???

Any help would be appreciated!! (sorry for the mammoth post)

Re: Mouse Help Pleaseeee!!!

You could always go for option D: get all three!!! Then you could join my club - I can't say no to a mouse or I wouldn't have ended up with 14!! Have you worked out who is the top and bottom mouse yet in your group? You're best to introduce any new mice to the bottom mouse in the hierarchy and then leave the alpha till last. Check out that other place where you and I have been asking questions as there is a lot of info on there about this Besides, if it doesn't work out you could get another cage - I have 7 at the moment

Just make sure that the breeder only lets you see the mouse you end up with and it's parents. Last time I saw more than one mouse I ended up with 4 Although it may be because I had a missexed pair and remarkably checked the sex of every mouse except one of the two I picked Such a shame meant I had to go back for another two because, well, you know it's a fact that mice shouldn't live on their own
