It could be that after being separated from Mojo, the stress of what happened and the added stress of a new cage mean that they don't actually recognise her. My mice are darlings but when I tried to intoduce Sookie to any other mice (I had intended on putting Sookie and Sherbet in the tank with the other girls) she turned on them. Even if she is out of her cage and another mouse comes near her she turns on them but she lives quite happily with Sherbet (until recently anyway!!) If you want them all to live together you will need to treat them the same way a breeder would do and reintroduce them in neutral territory and monitor them for days as females can be really sneaky - a male would just go for the kill but a female will wait until she thinks she won't be disturbed and attack. If Mojo is getting on well with Freckles and Noddy I would leave her with them and not bother reintroducing as apparently some females will kill another after weeks of living together when they have been introduced to a "new" mouse.
