Gipsy the guinea pig gave birth to 6 babies today, quite a big litter but they all seem fine and a good size considering. Her sister Flower is due any day now so could have another 6 soon so I will keep you posted.
They are very cute and I will try and post pictures at the weekend.

What breed are they?
6 is a large litter, you could help her out by giving them Goats milk and bread.

Their Mum is black and tan and their dad is a ginger american crested.
Yes 6 is a big litter. the most I've had before is 5. they seem to be doing ok. There is a runt who is jet black and really cute and he has been having extra feeds from me, I was very worried about him at first but the feeds seem to be doing the trick.
I have been giving brown bread soaked with a powdered milk and glucose mix, which is what it said to do in my book. I did offer some to the others but they weren't interested.
I have tried taking pictures but they don't keep still, and all I get is a bum here and an ear there! lol
PS wasn't sure about skinny pigs at first, but i think yours are slowly winning me over!!!

I have a Black American Crested called Elvis and a Black Tan called Radley.
