Cage help

Well I was thinking of getting an imac fantasy for my new dwarf hamster/s, but as apparantly robos can fit through the bars I am looking at other options... I would really like a gabber rex but I can't find one anywhere at the moment. So I was looking at the hagen zoozone but it seems to have stupid bars on one side!! I thought it just had them on the top which would have been ok!

So does anyone know of anything else I could use? I have a bin cage ready for the hammy/ies to start off with as I didn't want to get the cage until I know who I'm adopting!!

Re: Cage help

I have had three robos, one in a rody, one in a mini duna and one in a glass tank. the rabbit/guinea pig plastic cages are good as they are quite deep so the robos shouldnt be able to get to the bars to get out and they are bigger then similar style hammie cages. i preferes my three foot odd fish tank to be honest tho

Hagen Zoozone Small Animal Critter Home - Medium Blue

I looked at this one ^^ but it has stupid moulded bits in it and the bars go down the side as well for some reason :S Otherwise it would be perfect!

Yeah well it just takes up unnecessary space... Maybe I'll keep an eye out for a gabber rex! Or the zoozone 2 looks ok but I can';t find that anywhere either

Re: Cage help

Yes they both look good - the first one is a little expensive though!! I might look into that second one tomorrow

This is my temporary solution... it looks a bit bare at the moment

It will also have Sausage's flying saucer in it as he doesn't seem to really like it

Re: Cage help

I got a Mini Duna from P@H for £30, You could prolly' get a cheap one on eBay if you dont mind those, My two russians seem to have fun in it and i should be large enough for you to keep a couple of Robo's in.

Bonjour, Chev.
