Re: optimum number of g.p's?
I have two and they live quite happily together. I've always had pairs, and they've done well, but a friend of mine has always had three, and they've done well too. As long as they are correctly sexed (or neutered) and have a large enough hutch/cage, then I don't see why the number would be a problem (as long as they are well cared for!).

Re: optimum number of g.p's?
Thanks - I will pass that onto her.
I am sure she will probably end up with 2 as then the boys can choose one each. and they will deffo be well cared for as everyone in our family love gp's. in fact we will be visiting her more often for a theraputic stroking session i am sure |

remember if you get boys, they *can* fight, not all do though, my boys have been fine, so just keep an eye on them. |
