Cheeky or what?
I was just looking through the bargain hamster cages on ebay and someone has nicked a picture of my hamster heaven with Honey in to advertise theirs.

I did and she sent me one back telling me I was 'sad'
![]() This is what she said.. well, the fact that you noticed is very sad! but hey it takes all sorts! i failed to see the copyright on your pictures? my hamster just died and i couldn't face cleaning the cage, and it just so happened your pic had all the same stuff as mine! so thank you happy bidding x |

Report it to Ebay and they will make her remove it. Someone did that once using as a picture of a book that my friend had sold the week before to advertise their own. He recognised it straight away especially as the pcture he took had included his carpet! He copmplained to Ebay and they sorted it the next morning. It's normally just lazyness as the person cannot be bothered to take their own photo. But it is misrepresentation as your photo does not include their actual item, just one thats similar to it.
