Cheeky or what?

I was just looking through the bargain hamster cages on ebay and someone has nicked a picture of my hamster heaven with Honey in to advertise theirs.

That's why always put a © symbol beneath your images.

Re: Cheeky or what?

Assuming that the photo was first used on a forum post, put a © symbol beneath it. It seems to deter people from stealing them.

Smile Re: Cheeky or what?

Report it to Ebay and they will make her remove it. Someone did that once using as a picture of a book that my friend had sold the week before to advertise their own. He recognised it straight away especially as the pcture he took had included his carpet! He copmplained to Ebay and they sorted it the next morning. It's normally just lazyness as the person cannot be bothered to take their own photo. But it is misrepresentation as your photo does not include their actual item, just one thats similar to it.
