He put his foot on in and it moved, he jumped back and ran to the back of the cage. He went back to it and pushed it, then decided it didnt want to kill him, jumped on and just sat there swinging on it for a while. When it stopped he got off to make it move again. Then decided to run on it and was running all afternoon!
He tired himself out and went in the corner for a kip. He didnt even know what a house was! I ended up having to put him some extra bedding in the corner before i went to bed. He must have figured out where he was supposed to sleep though as he'd moved all the extra bedding into his igloo this morning. I'm surprised he fit in as it is so full!

I'll keep you posted on how he goes on tonight when he wakes up..

Yeah when I got my gerbils they didn't know what a wheel was, and they still don't sleep in any little houses I buy them lol, just out in a little open nest they make.
