How old?
How old are your rodents?
I only ask because my gerbil is over 5 years old now, and i was told he'd only live for 2 or 3 years.

I had a hamster live until 6yrs and the same with a Gerbil. The lifespan most pet shops/books/internet give is average. Its like saying we live been 60-80yrs but yet some people are over 100!
