yoghurt is great if your feeding antibiotics or you can put a prebiotic in their water, helps even out the good/bad bacteria in the guts

As you've got puss tho I would be tempted to buy a soya yoghurt or put something in their water. As dairy is mucus forming and I wouldn't want to add to their problems

Thanks they have Squiggles guardian angel in at the moment (which has a probiotic in).

Thank you for all the replies. I haven't given up on them but I think I may find a new vet.
