The first one looks like a little ball of fluff with legs and a tail
The second reminds me of a pokemon haha. Both cute though!

That first one looks ill, the stomach and parts of the rump look wet, it just doesn't look right?

Jerboas can get VERY greasy if not given dust baths. I've seen pictures of unwanted jerboas which weren't given dust baths, and you could probably see your face in their fur. :/
And because jerboas are so hard to breed in captivity, a lot of them are wild caught. As they're quite expensive and in high demand people probably don't want to quarentine them so they can sell them asap.

It may or may not be healthy, but I agree that something doesn't look right about it. But I don't have hands on experience with them... so...
