Going to pick up or new boys!

Hi everyone,

We're just about to leave to go pick Louie, Chico and Riley and we're so excited but very nervous. I would love some tips for settling them in please. Should I just put them in the bedroom that they'll be staying in and leave them there for the night (obviously give them their dinner!) so that they have time to adjust quietly? Or should I spend time in there with them? I'm just worried that the hand over, the journey, the fact that we are strangers, new smells, sights, environment is gonna be stressful enough as it is without me being in there too. Should I try and handle them tonight or just leave them be for tonight? They are gonna have roast chicken and vegetables for dinner and I've also bought some grapes for them too.

Pics when I get back!!

Re: Going to pick up or new boys!

I'd leave them to settle for the night.
Then spend time with them 2 moz.

And yes pics are required!

I would also leave them the night, you can always put an old T-shirt in their cage so they become used to your smell
