Yay for Saturday!

So you know I said that I was giving a home to 3 rats that their owners can no longer look after. Well they changed their minds as their kids broke their heart and I was pleased for them being able to stay where they are used to but obviously gutted. Well they just contacted me again and said sorry to mess me around but would I be interested in taking them again! So I jumped at the chance and I am picking them up on Saturday!! I cant wait. They have three cats, two dogs and a few kids and they dont have time to look after them. Im so excited!!

Aawww that's great that you'll be getting your ratties on saturday

I hope the parents dont let the kids watch the rats leave, that'll break your heart having to take them while they're watching.

Yes me too!! I already feel like cruella d'evil!! Kiki was a childs pet too and the parents gave her away to me as she had lost interest in her. I'm like the opposite of santa claus!!

3 of mine came from a family who obviously loved them dearly but could no longer keep them due to a house move, I felt awful, especially when their little girl (only about 4 or 5) gave them each a gentle kiss & told them goodbye & to be good

Welshyorkielover are they the three youngish boys from Blackwood?? I was on Preloved yesterday and saw three advertised on there!

Yes they are!! I've talking to the owner for about a week now as I was supposed to have them last week but they changed their minds. I've told them I'll keep in touch with photos and updates about them.

Thank you!! I love them already. They'll be having their own bedroom along with the mice and Kiki and it's the warmest room in the house as its where the boiler is but it's easy to keep cool in the summer too as it has a single pain window rather than a double!
