Well so far, I've had Seamus meet Tetley the alpha. They met on the bed last night, I moved them into the small carrier and they were quite happy there too.

Today I popped the two of them back in the small carrier for an hour, all is well, so I've moved them into the bigger dog carrier, where I've also added Bigboy.

He's just had a massive sniff of Seamus and is only more bothered about reaching me from the carrier! (the door is missing so I've just perched it on a box so they can't get out!)

Yup, I think they realise he's ancient, disabled and absolutely no threat so they're just not bothered! I'm going to keep these meetings up through the week, adding a new boy each night and letting them all settle together, then maybe two extra days with all five together, then move him in - gives me time to rearrange the abode for the old man!

It's worth it tho when they are all snuggled up together

I'm already nervous about intro'ing my big boys to the hairless babies and I've got a few weeks yet lol

Just an update: I was going to intro them one day at a time, but everyone is so chilled, I just put them all in together. They've all sat there quietly watching me clean the cages out, now they're all snoozy and laying around in the dog carrier. Not exactly huddled around Seamus but they're not bothered by him in the slightest
