She's gone.
I stayed with her the whole time, hopefully she knew how much I loved her.

Her 4 sisters all look a little lost without Mila today, she was like the mummy mouse. I once watched her run around the cage picking up bits of bedding and cramming it into the house where the other 4 slept, like she was tucking them in. She then tried to get into the house herself but had trouble because of all the bedding she'd put in the doorway!

I dont even have any pictures of her to share with you as little miss Mila was camera shy. As soon as I got a camera out she would run off or keep moving about so the pics turned out blurry. If I put the camera away she would sit still again.

She was beautiful though. She was black all over, really shiny and she had 'swirls' in her fur on her bum.

I'm going to get a plant pot and some flowers (not sure what yet) and bury Mila in there so I'll have a nice little resting place for her.

I bet she knew how much you loved her I think animals read are feelings etc so I do think they pick up our love etc

Sounds like a lovely little send off for her xx
